A friend/client of mine recently left her body and joined the angelic realms. During a meditation, I watched her soul fly and dance around while yelling "Freedom!" I felt her relief from letting go of all her earthly ties, which got me thinking: what's tying down my soul? What am I not letting go of? What needs healed so I can achieve freedom? The rebirth cycle (and change) is not always easy. Especially when you have to motivate yourself to change. We must shed our old skin and step into who we are becoming. And that's weird because honestly I don't know who that person is yet. I suppose it continues to be an opportunity to surrender, trust and have faith. If nothing else, I remember that I have the freedom to create my reality and I choose for every moment to be filled with peace and love.

This will help retrain your brain towards positive thinking. Affirmations should be practiced on a regular basis to be effective.
