April's theme is believe: believe in yourself, Universe/Source, divine timing, magic. After all the shadow work we went through in March, now is the time for rebirth and transformation. When you belive in yourself you transform your life and anything is possible. I know this is not an easy skill for everyone, but belief in yourself and confidence can be learned by anyone with a growth mindset and willingness to change. The first step is to: act as if - as if you already got the promotion, found your soulmate, had a successful business...It's all about visualizing exactly what we want. It's the law of attraction: our thoughts, words and actions create our reality. Believe that you can have the life of your dreams. Next, when the fears creep up (and they will) break down the fear into smaller pieces, which makes it easier to swallow and get through. Sit up straight, walk tall, and practice your power poses. You can achieve anything!!
